I’d love to say I have been slacking, but the truth is that while I haven’t posted for a few months it’s because I’ve been doing a shed load of different things.
First and foremost, there is work. There has been a lot to do, including GDC and we have great projects to focus on. Out of hours though…
Just prior to GDC I started playing in an Ice Hockey league. A big step for me and something I had been working up to for several years. Our team won.
I also got back into the seat of an aircraft and got signed off for solo flight again for the first time in something like 8 years. I have since been doing a few pleasure flights and just having fun.
Finally, in between all this I’ve been fitting in a lot of evenings and weekends with scuba instruction and professional related activities, classroom and so on. Pretty soon I should be PADI IDC Staff.
I am looking forward to a rest, but I know full well that as one thing starts I begin to get ants in my pants and fire something else up.
